Brianna has a passion to help others evolve into the best versions of themselves. Her holistic approach to health and wellness focuses not just on physical aspects of health, such as exercise and nutrition, but on mental and emotional health as well.
Brianna’s own journey towards better health started more than 20 years ago during recovery from disordered eating patterns. Through her recovery, she developed a passion for the outdoors and running, and has since completed 10 marathons and multiple mountain endurance events. It’s her deep desire to help others overcome their own health obstacles by incorporating more movement and nature.
Brianna understands that each individual is unique, and her coaching approach reflects that. She will meet you where you are, with encouragement, support, and accountability, as you begin your health journey of establishing healthier habits. Her #1 goal as a coach is your success and to help you find the tools necessary so you can continue your journey towards better health and wellness long-term
As a former client herself, Jessica has first-hand experience with, and wholeheartedly believes in, EVOLVE’s mission to empower clients to make healthy, realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes that will increase ones self-confidence, health and overall well-being for years to come.
After giving birth to her twins, Jessica experienced a significant weight gain that came with additional health complications. It was at this time that she contacted Evolve and started an incredible personal transformation. As a result, she became incredibly passionate to help guide, support and encourage others begin their transformation and optimize their success. Jessica now enjoys competing in bodybuilding competitions and spending time with her family.
Jessica encourages you to change the “all or nothing mindset” when it comes to your personal health journey and focus on small adjustments to your daily habits to ensure sustainable, life-long results that will keep you feeling young, full of life and empowered.
